Enrollment Procedures during Covid
I think the word is “adapt”- since the pandemic shut down we haven’t had the opportunity to invite parents to our Open House sessions or be able to host the parent observation mornings. So, we adapt.
Going forward the process will be:
- A scheduled Saturday visit for individual families interested in enrolling. I will meet with you for a 45-minute session- talk with you about our program and answer your questions. You should bring your child if over 2 years of age. You will be given a tour of both classrooms as well as our beautiful play yard. At this meeting we request that you submit the application along with a family photo (for our reference only) and the $50.00 application fee.
- If accepted you will be sent an Acceptance Letter. We need a response back within 10 days. If you accept the offer we will send you the enrollment documents via Email from our Communications director, Shannon Rice.
- We can then set up an appointment with me to finalize all paperwork and fees. At that point, a start date can be determined.
Please note that all paperwork and fees must be received before your position is assured.
